August 2014 - Shared homeownership programme launched

Dwell's shared home ownership programme is an amazing opportunity for families who would like to buy their first home but who are struggling to meet the financial requirements to do so. We have eight newly built homes in Brooklyn and Lower Hutt and we are now looking for families to buy these in partnership with us. You can find more information on the programme on the shared homeownership page.  We ask that those who are interested in applying for the programme, fill out an expression of interest form asap as these homes will be ready for occupancy from October 2014.
