Dwell provides affordable homes to people in need or on a low income.
Our homes are diverse and include inner city apartments, new townhouses, and villas in other suburbs. We undertake our tenancy management and the asset management of all our homes ourselves.
We work in the wider Wellington region and have homes in a number of areas. A list of these areas can be found on our application for rental housing page.
