After almost 5 years our wonderful administrator is heading back to the UK. This creates an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our small team and help us achieve our vision of “affordable homes where people flourish”.
This role has three key aspects; providing a high level of office administrative support; assisting with the growth of our organisation and supporting the delivery of our services.
We need someone who:
- has strong administrative skills
- has great IT skills and who likes technology
- has an ability to juggle a varied workload and enjoys that no two days are ever the same
- is able to prioritise effectively, be flexible and have good problem solving skills
- is friendly and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.
Dwell Housing Trust is a community housing organisation that provides quality affordable housing to people on low incomes in the Wellington area. We are more than a landlord. With significant changes happening in the social housing sector this is an exciting time to become involved in a community housing organisation.

This is a permanent position, with part-time hours, to be worked during our office hours.
Please note: This position was originally advertised for 18 hours per week but we have found a way to increase the hours and so the position is now 30 hours per week.
