Earlier this year with funding from Wellington City Council and Wellington Community Trust, Dwell engaged Public Policy and Research Limited to carry out research on our tenant’s experiences living in housing developments built by Dwell.

Dwell’s mission is to provide affordable, quality homes where people flourish, communities are created, and long-term tenancies are sustained. It’s important to Dwell that research and evaluations are conducted using impartial researchers to gather tenants’ experiences of their homes and to identify things we are doing well and things we can improve.
