April 2020 - Service delivery changes

Kia ora Aotearoa. Due to the Level 4 COVID-19 lockdown, we have changed how we are delivering our housing services.

Dwell is considered an essential service but we are still required to self-isolate. The staff team are working remotely and supporting the people who live in our homes as best we can.

Our priority is making sure that we stay in touch with our tenants and help and support them where they need it. We are not able to fill vacancies and can only undertake emergency repairs to our homes.
