September 2019 - Property sold

 We said goodbye to this grand old property today.

It was settlement day on the sale of this house, owned by Dwell and its predecessor Wellington Housing Trust for over 35 years. The house has four units and so has provided a home, in a great location, to hundreds of people over this time.

It is sad to see the house go but the release of equity will enable Dwell to build more healthy, affordable homes.
