October 2015 - The redevelopment of one of our sites

Dwell contracted architectural firm Novak + Middleton to undertake a feasibility study into the redevelopment of one of our sites. They have designed a scheme for 13 new homes and below are some of the images of their preliminary designs.The aim is to build housing that compliments its environment and maximises the space of its site. These homes are designed to increase natural light, to use indoor space well and to provide functional outdoor space. All of these factors help to improve the wellbeing of tenants.

We are thrilled to be working on another project that will provide quality affordable homes for those in need in Wellington. We are acutely aware of how necessary this is, as we are inundated with requests for affordable housing on a daily basis.
