October 2014 - Riverside Gardens update

Dwell is pleased to have taken ownership of the first two, of ten properties that we are buying in the Riverside Gardens redevelopment in the Lower Hutt suburb of Pomare. Some of these three-bedroom homes will be for affordable rental, and some will be sold under our new shared home ownership programme. The homes are looking fantastic and we are now busily working to find families to live in these homes.
